The first thing the clients asked was "How do we get planning permission" and then "How big a house can we build?" Really good starting questions, that lead to discussions about how they wanted to live and thrive as a family in a space tailored to specifically to their needs. And this is what they came up with working with Wa.Â
The back of an Edwardian Oxford terrace needed the one hundred year layout tweaked to put the kitchen at the centre of the plan and reconnect the main living area to the garden courtyard at the rear. Interiors for this project were undertaken by Outrage House, our sister interior architecture practice.
